研究并分享绘画知识，培养并带领新加入的成员提升技能。

Participate in or lead the completion of various art styles and themes, delivering high-quality character designs, card designs, and character illustrations as per the project plan.

Develop and unify character design styles based on project requirements, with a strong sense of modern aesthetics and a keen fashion sensitivity.

Supervise the team's production, coordinate team members' task assignments, ensure consistency in project style, and maintain project quality and progress.

Research and share painting knowledge, mentor and guide new team members to enhance their skills.

Over 6 years of relevant work experience, capable of delivering high-quality designs for solo promotional illustrations, login screens, and multi-character posters in various styles.

Rich illustration experience and a solid artistic foundation, with strong analytical, evaluative abilities, and aesthetic sensibility.
-
Able to control the production of promotional illustrations in multiple artistic styles and supervise the quality of the team’s artwork.
-
Highly responsible with excellent communication and expression skills, capable of clearly conveying design concepts and ideas, with strong team collaboration and leadership abilities. Patient and able to work under pressure.

Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high efficiency, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent learning ability and self-motivation, continuously improving artistic expertise and proactively researching or learning new technologies to drive team progress.

Familiarity with and passion for the League of Legends IP, with experience in official League of Legends illustration production preferred.
